I hiked along the river to get a unique perspective of this scene. The hike was a bit treacherous with crumbling washes that I had to go up and down. After scrambling for a while, I found the perfect spot. The morning started out dull, but after some time the sunlight finally lit the landscape. Behind me a mountain sheep watched. It came up closer to me but not directly towards me. After I left it dipped down the side of the cliff I was standing at and went down towards the water.
